Please submit your data on or before June 15, 2025, for all Civics Tests administered in school year 2024-2025, and only submit data once for your school district or charter school. If you serve grades 7-12 in any capacity, but no students tested, please still complete this form.
In the 2022 Legislative Session, the Legislature passed H.B. 2632 (Laws 2022, Chapter 60), which increased the passing score of the required civics assessment from 60% to 70% beginning with the graduating class of 2026 and required each school district and charter school to report aggregated data to the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) for posting on the website. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-701.01 (L), each LEA that provides the required civics assessment must report the following aggregate information to ADE organized by grade level: The median score, the percentage of students who passed the civics assessment and the percentage of students who failed to answer the required number of questions. Information reported to ADE may not include the personally identifiable information of any student.
School districts and charter schools must only report data for assessments administered within the LEA. Data reported through this mechanism will be publicly posted on the report cards website in accordance with A.R.S. § 15-701.01 (M).
Please submit your data on or before June 15, 2025, for all civics assessments administered in School Year 2024-2025, and only submit data once for your school district or charter school.
