Special Education Data Dashboard
The Special Education Data Dashboard (SEDD) is designed to be a one-stop shop for public education agencies (PEAs) to securely view their unique education data and public statewide data with redaction. PEAs will also use the SEDD application to certify end-of-year data, which includes students who have exited special education during the reporting year and/or were subject to any disciplinary action.

FY25 Due Dates
Visit the ESS Important Dates page for all due dates.
Phase I Data Review and Entry
PEAs are expected to utilize the SEDD application during the data entry and review phase to confirm that the data submitted to and extracted from AzEDS accurately reflects and represents their enrolled students for each criterion. For FY25, public school districts will be required to enter information to confirm preschool transition data, while all PEAs must review and verify services for students without disabilities who were expelled or long-term suspended.
Phase II: Data Certification
During the Data Certification phase, authorized personnel are required to certify their finalized data, which was received and reviewed during the previous phase. PEAs who do not complete this certification requirement by the deadline may have their IDEA grant funds placed on hold until electronic certification has been completed.
