- 3-Day differentiated bootcamp for 2nd career, J1 teachers, or teachers in their first few years
- Virtual follow-up throughout the school year

- Prepares new teachers with essential skills and abilities
- Provides bootcamp experience to set up the teacher for success
- Creates a safe space to ask questions and build relationships
- Explores history and culture of education in the United States
- Enhances a district's teacher orientation process
