The required 20% set aside will be used to provide classroom paraprofessionals to all elementary classrooms to assist teachers in instruction and implementation of schoolwide PBIS program.
Set aside also to include funding for before school programming to provide extra tutoring using the Spalding Program for phonograms, spelling, and decoding (including Title I, SPED, and ELL learners).
