Ethos is requesting funds to address the academic impact of lost instructional time due to COVID-19 by primarily providing staffing (instructional aides) to provide targeted student supports. Ethos is also offering summer school and after school tutoring. The summer school curriculum used is Wonders and Open Court for ELA and Everyday Math. The tutoring curriculum used is Everyday Math. Teachers are being provided with PD in support of effective strategies for reaching students in ELA and Math. Training sessions include LETRS- Teacher Training.
