Pinon USD plans to hire additional teacher assistants for our school sites to help teachers with classroom instruction. We opened more classrooms for our in-person students to safely attend school. The teacher assistants will work directly with students as part of the academic intervention process. Our students need additional support to get them back at grade level after a year of distant learning. Not all of our students were able to access wifi to attend online classes last year.
