SUSD will use the 20% set aside funds to ensure we are meeting the needs of our most vulnerable populations. Students will have access to several platforms of tutoring service to accommodate their schedules. Students in grades K-12 will be invited to attend summer school to fill in gaps due to the pandemic. Several programs will be offered including one for our Title I students in K-2. Beginning in the 2022-23 school year, our district will hire reading and math specialists to work with students who have the most significant needs.
