What's New?
The Certification Unit is implementing a new certification application system that will greatly enhance efficiency and user experience for educators and LEAs.
- The transition to the new system will begin on September 24, 2024, with full implementation by Monday, September 30, 2024.
- Beginning September 24th through September 29th, the online Educator Certification System will be offline, and applications will not be processed; this will ensure that all data is transferred accurately to the new system.
- Beginning Monday, September 30th, the new system will be live and ready for our educators to begin submitting applications.
Please call the hotline at 602-542-4367 for advisement or you may visit us during our office hours for advisement only.
We will be accepting applications in person and by mail when paid with a check, money order or cashier’s check. Once the new portal is live, we will accept debit/credit card payments again.
Please note that all educators will need an ADE Connect account to re-register in the new system. Please follow online instructions for registration to ensure a profile match in the database.
