The Achievement Tutoring Program is a new tutoring program designed to provide reading, writing, and mathematics tutoring for students in grades 1-8 who are testing below proficient in those areas on the statewide assessment Arizona Academic Standards Assessment (AASA).

Yes, I attest that my student is eligible for the Achievement Tutoring Program. My student currently attends a public school and is in grade 1, 2, or 3 for the 2023-2024 academic school year. I understand that if my student's public school status changes during the program (e.g., withdraws from public school), my student may no longer participate and shall be withdrawn from the program. I further attest that my student shall abide by all rules of the Achievement Tutoring Program and may be dismissed at the discretion of their school for noncompliance, including disciplinary reasons.
