School Finance regularly publishes reports to detail payment collections and summarize data submitted by Local Education Agencies (LEAs). Please contact [email protected] if you need assistance finding a specific report.

ARS 15-914 requires that financial and compliance audit reports be submitted to ADE and that the department make the reports available on its website. The files below contain links to the reports that have been submitted to ADE.

A.R.S. § 15-915 defines the ability to correct prior-year data that impacts state-aid or budget capacity. This document provides detailed guidance on how to request a prior-year data correction for transportation data, student data, and budgets/Annual Financial Reports.

The Superintendent's Annual Report contains a broad summary of statewide financial and student data pursuant to ARS 15-255. Earlier versions of the Superintendent's Annual Report are available online through the State Library.

The Superintendent’s Annual Report digital data was stored in a Microsoft Access database that contained the underlying values used to compile the SAFR for fiscal years 2006-2023. Beginning in fiscal year 2023, School Finance changed databases that contained data relating to SAFR and will now be providing the data in Excel format for easier use.
