These in-depth trainings are grounded in the knowledge, skills, and competencies that good leaders need to effectively lead their schools. Participants leave each session with practical tools that can be implemented on campus immediately.

Registration opens this spring for the next Principal Leadership Academy Sessions (Fall 2025-2026)

  • Six in-depth sessions on the following topics: Instructional Leadership, Culture, Relationships, Vision, Time Management, and Strategic Thinking
  • Includes 1:1 personalized 2-hour mentoring sessions between each training 
  • Opportunities to connect and interact with other principals in the field
  • Cost: $300
