Updated School Security Requests Memo for FY22 Title IV-A Grants

The Title IV-A Team has updated the School Security Request Memo for FY22 to include an equitable emphasis on student voice and holistic analysis of School Safety/Risk strategies for LEAs that wish to purchase school security measures.
