FY2024 Changes to SEI Courses in the AZ Course Catalog

The FY2024 AZ Course Catalog has a change in the SEI courses where they no longer reference the time in an ELD Block. Please use only AZ01078 for grades 9-12 and AZ51060 for grades K-8. All other codes that have been used will need to be deleted or updated to reflect one of the two course codes for FY2024 as shown in the following table. The FY2024 AZ Course Catalog may be found here.

To be eligible for Developmental Delay (DD), students must be younger than ten (10) years of age. Effective fiscal year 2024, students reported with the DD need will fail integrity, receiving error -40072, two months before their tenth birthday.

Effective fiscal year 2024, Preschool Outcomes will now be reported to Arizona Education Data Standards (AzEDS). The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) requires State Education Agencies to calculate the percentage of preschool children aged 3 through 5 with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) who demonstrate improved outcomes with Social Relationships, Use of Knowledge and Skills, and Taking Action to Meet Needs.
