The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) seeks governmental or non-profit agencies, private organizations or private individuals to provide research-proven services to assist schools and/or districts as they implement one of the four models listed in the Federal Title I 1003(g) School Improvement Grant. Individuals or groups are invited to respond to one or more of the three capacity assistance opportunities; district turnaround management, school turnaround management, or provide external services such as leadership consulting and/or curriculum/instruction and professional development. A pre-offer conference will be held on June 11, 2010 at 9 am Mountain Standard Time in conference room 417 at 1535 W Jefferson, Phoenix, Az 85007. Attendance at this conference is not mandatory. Proposals are due on July 15, 2010 at 3 pm Mountain Standard Time.
